Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is an NHS Foundation Trust founded 1 May 2009 which provides mental health and community services across Northamptonshire, England, and specialist services in prisons. It manages St Marys Hospital in Kettering, the Squirrels, the Sett and Willow Close in Upton, Battle House and Berrywood Hospital in Northampton and Isebrook Hospital in Wellingborough.

An elderly man died of a heart attack in waiting to be seen by a consultant in a& of Department in a hospital run by the trust. It is considered that the consultant would see the patient early, but it is unclear if the patients life could have been saved. Crowding in&e was blamed for the delay.

In November 2015, the chief Executive, Angela Hillery was a finalist for the chief Executive exactly a year.
